“By creating a trusting working relationship, I can challenge and support you in making positive behavioural changes to your life. I will not tell you what to do, I act as a guide and catalyst.”
There is a school of thought that says these three questions you should be able to answer in less than 200 words…. here’s mine in 117.
Who am I?
I am Sarah Brearley, I live in SW London with stints in the North of England. I am a change and development coach.
What do I do?
I can unlock your potential by helping you to change thoughts and practices in your professional and personal life. I do this over a series of sessions, questioning your ways of operating and your status quo.
It’s a revealing and challenging experience and I do this work in order to help you find the outcome you are seeking.
Why do I do it?
Because it is incredibly rewarding and a real privilege to witness someone making those positive changes in their life.
I love coaching, I love the difference it makes in people’s lives.
Happiness is the worthiest of all goals.
As your coach, I take you through what seems a relatively simple set of principles and techniques, which when skilfully applied bring subtle and big changes in your outlook and behaviour.
I offer ongoing support to embed new habits and beliefs.
Change is really hard (New Year’s resolutions?!) and all of us, even with the best intentions, find shifting our status quo to be very challenging, which is why support makes a huge difference. Don’t walk alone.
I could help you find the clarity you need.
I specialise in…
